About the Robb Munson

Robb Munson has spent much of his career as an executive building, leading and fixing large operational departments, mostly within health care organizations.

He started writing for an Orange County, California newspaper The Daily Pilot while a freshman in college, covering high school and college sports. He received a college baseball scholarship to the University of Miami and continued writing for the school newspaper at "The U”.

His Moving Forward stories were well received by the thousands of employees he managed, and he has developed and conducted a four-hour seminar based on the lessons learned from these stories to several thousand participants. Robb and his wife Becky reside in Chesterfield, Missouri. They have six adult children who live in California and Arizona.
